Original Tumblr Post: Visual similarities in the way Wolfwood and Milly make their entrances in this fight
Visual similarities in the way Wolfwood and Milly make their entrances in this fight
Neat visual parallel I noticed in Trigun Maximum Vol.1, chapter 3.
Vash and Meryl both get put in harm’s way as they try to protect someone else while facing off against Keele. Then Wolfwood and Milly come through with the assist.
Wolfwood and Milly’s moments of entry into the fray are both marked by the prominent display of their cross-shaped weapons (yeah, ammo as opposed to the actual gun in Milly’s case but the visual effect in the panel is the same).
#this is one of my favorite chapters #go Milly! #something something sharing your loved ones’ burdens #helping to bear their cross if you will
