Has anyone made note of this? (I may have missed if someone did.)
The temporary revolver that Brandon Marlon loans to Vash in Vol. 6 Ch. 1 is 98 Vash’s revolver. Brandon Marlon is noted to be a ‘direct descendant’ of the legendary Frank Marlon – a more obvious nod to the 1998 anime.
It’s a nice little detail. Nightow references the anime in other parts of the manga, blending the two canons.
