Along with Luida Leitner and Brad, XX members of the SEEDS03 crew are seen in the photos Vash keeps on the wall above his bed in his SEEDS03 room. These may represent both fond memories and particular crew members that he is close to. Based on Vash’s physical age, all the photos appear to be taken soon after Vash’s acceptance into the SEEDS03 crew.

Hallway Man
After Vash is freed, he and Brad pass a crew member in the hallway. The crew member smiles at Vash and waves.
Man By Vash’s Cell
When Vash is begging to be let out of his cell to help the dying plant, Luida and Brad arrive to find a man standing outside Vash’s cell. It does not appear that Vash’s cell was actively guarded, the door lock acting as sufficient security, so the man is probably a plant engineer or other crew member.

Ten are present, along with Brad and Luida, to witness the first time Vash helps a dependent plant.
